For information concerning your hotel reservation, please contact PV AGENCY, the official housing bureau of the congress. Please ensure that you have made your reservation by 6 May 2010. Thereafter, room availability cannot be guaranteed and your reservation will be processed according to availability at the time of the request. Hotel reservations must be made through PV AGENCY, via the Internet or by fax or e-mail.

Cancellations will be accepted until 6 May 2010: the total amount will be refunded less the cost of one night's stay by way of cancellation fee. Any cancellations upon payment received after 6 May 2010 shall not be refunded.
